CREDAWARD
HOTEL & SHOP PLUS will add a new design series of activities in 2025, bringing together popular architects, designers, hotel managers, business elites, cleaning experts, and others in the industry at home and abroad to share industry insights. Hundreds of forums, awards, competitions and other themed events will be presented to you, stay tuned!
CREDAWARD – As a comprehensive design award, it gathers outstanding designs from around the world, promotes industry design improvement, promotes the healthy development of the industry ecosystem, and leads the future path of urban development. In 2025, HOTEL & SHOP PLUS has established a strategic partnership with the company and will launch the “DJSER Design Recommendation Zone @ Shanghai” at the Shanghai exhibition site.
The event will gather numerous renowned practitioners in the field of design, and through design recommendations, keynote speeches, and other forms, leverage the rich resources of both parties in hotels, design, commerce, and real estate to empower the industry and create more value.
APDC AWARDS
The 2025APDC International Design Competition Carnival will gather outstanding design agencies and designer representatives from various countries and regions around the world in the fields of architecture, interior, landscape, products, etc., to deeply explore their understanding and expectations of ideal interior spaces. Based on an international macro perspective, it will analyze the current situation and future trends of interior design in the Asia Pacific region.
The Swiss LIV Hotel Design Award, organized by the Farmani Group, will also be announced on site. It is one of the most comprehensive design competitions in the field of hotel design. In 2025, the International Hotel Group and design leaders from home and abroad will gather at the exhibition site to witness the generation and awarding of all LIV Hotel Design Awards.
In addition, the 2024 North American PI Design Awards (Asia Pacific) ceremony will also be held at the exhibition venue!
The North American PI Design Award has the mission of promoting the development of architecture and interior design, with designers from multiple countries including Mexico, Canada, the United States, Guatemala, and China participating globally. It is a recognized design event in the North American and Asia Pacific.
BIM Conference
The BIM Conference, initiated by the Industry and Information Technology Branch of the China Building Decoration Association, has been successfully held for five consecutive sessions since its inception. Its industry conference and building decoration BIM competition have attracted enthusiastic participation from over a thousand units, covering many well-known enterprises and institutions in China’s construction industry.
