        伴随我国城镇化建设、绿色建筑产业与现代化工业高速发展，人居声环境优化、工业噪声治理、设备振动防控已成为城市建设、生态环保与民生提质的核心环节。当下社会大众环保意识持续提升，高品质宁静住宅空间成为民生刚需，叠加观演建筑、公共文体场馆、酒店建筑、医院建筑、学校建筑、购物中心、高端餐饮、轨道交通、电力电场、精密制造厂房等场景建设需求激增，建筑声学与噪声振动控制行业迈入高速发展新阶段。

        政策层面，国内噪声管控法规体系日趋完善。《中华人民共和国噪声污染防治法》全面落地，工业噪声排污许可、新版住宅建设规范等配套细则陆续出台，明确建筑隔声、工业降噪、振动防控硬性标准，倒逼建筑、制造、交通等行业升级声环境治理方案，推动声学治理从末端整改转向前期规划设计，催生千亿级全新市场赛道。

        目前行业整体呈现转型升级态势，但仍存在诸多发展痛点。国内声学企业普遍存在技术壁垒分散、产学研衔接不足、高端声学材料匮乏、设计方案同质化等问题；同时行业上下游资源割裂，甲方、设计机构、材料厂商、工程施工方、科研院所缺少高效对接平台，国际先进技术与本土化应用融合难度较大，制约产业规模化、高质量发展。

Driven by rapid urbanization, green building development and modern industrial expansion in China, optimizing residential acoustic environments, mitigating industrial noise and controlling equipment vibration have become core priorities for urban development, ecological conservation and improved public well-being.Growing public environmental awareness has created strong market demand for quiet, high-quality residential spaces. Meanwhile, surging construction needs across performance venues, cultural and sports facilities, hotels, hospitals, schools, shopping malls, high-end catering premises, rail transit, power plants and precision manufacturing plants have ushered the architectural acoustics, noise and vibration control sector into a period of rapid growth.From a policy perspective, China’s regulatory framework for noise control has matured steadily. The Noise Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People’s Republic of China has been fully implemented, alongside supporting regulations including industrial noise pollutant discharge permits and updated residential construction codes. These mandatory standards governing building sound insulation, industrial noise reduction and vibration control compel the construction, manufacturing and transportation sectors to upgrade acoustic mitigation solutions. They shift the industry’s focus from post-construction rectification to early-stage planning and design, unlocking a new market worth hundreds of billions of yuan.Though the industry is undergoing overall transformation and upgrading, it faces prominent bottlenecks. Domestic acoustic enterprises suffer fragmented technical barriers, weak industry-university-research collaboration, shortages of high-end acoustic materials and homogenized design solutions. In addition, fragmented industrial chains separate developers, design institutes, material suppliers, construction contractors and research institutions due to a lack of efficient exchange platforms. Difficulties in integrating world-leading technologies with local practical applications hinder large-scale, high-quality industrial advancement.

2026 年 3 月 31 日 – 4 月 3 日，上海国际酒店及商业空间、办公及公共空间博览会于上海新国际博览中心举办，作为 “十五五” 开局文旅标杆展会，展览面积 21 万㎡，汇聚 2000 余家企业，专业观众 135682 人次，海外买家 10886 人，同比增长 25.84%，覆盖 176 个国家地区，亚洲海外观众占比最高。观众以酒店、设计、工程、地产从业者为主，核心需求为寻新品、拓供应商、洽谈合作。

        展会分多展馆覆盖装饰建材、建筑设计、室内设计、智慧酒店、酒店用品、清洁物业全产业链，同期举办 90 余场论坛、15 场主题特展，联动建筑节、设计师峰会、照明、商业、清洁产业系列活动，汇聚国内外酒店集团、设计大师、地产及海外客商，供需配对服务广受海内外展商、采购商好评。

The Shanghai International Exhibition for Hotels, Commercial, Office & Public Spaces was held at Shanghai New International Expo Centre from March 31 to April 3, 2026. As a landmark cultural tourism exhibition kicking off the 15th Five-Year Plan period, it spanned 210,000 sq.m., gathering over 2,000 exhibitors and attracting 135,682 professional visitors, including 10,886 overseas buyers, representing a 25.84% year-on-year increase. Attendees came from 176 countries and regions, with visitors from Asia accounting for the largest share. Visitors were mainly practitioners from hotels, design, engineering and real estate, seeking new products, suppliers and business partnerships.Covering the full industrial chain of decorative building materials, architectural & interior design, smart hotel systems, hotel amenities and cleaning & property services across multiple halls, the event hosted more than 90 forums and 15 themed special exhibitions. It coordinated with supporting events including architecture festivals, designer summits, lighting, commercial and cleaning industry conferences. The show brought together global hotel groups, top designers, real estate developers and overseas merchants, and its matching service for suppliers and buyers won wide acclaim from domestic and overseas exhibitors and purchasers.
