The 2021 list of Asia’s 50 Best Bars<\/strong><\/em>, sponsored by Perrier \u2013 announced over a virtual awards ceremony on 6th May. Coa, Hong Kong, China, ranks No.1 on the list. Many more bars in Greater China have made the list this year, including Hong Kong establishments Caprice Bar (No.10), new entrant The Diplomat (No.20), new entrant Tell Camellia (No.23), Quinary (No.25), The Pontiac (No.26), The Wise King (No.28), new entrant Penicillin (No.30), and new entrant Darkside (No.40). Shanghai is represented by three bars, namely Sober Company (No.5), Union Trading Company (No.31), and Speak Low (No.32).
